Standing with you. The final level: personal responsibility all the way to the board — with my own person, my own liability, my own reputation tied to the outcome. That is not a given. It is a deliberate decision — on both sides.

Vanja Rohr wasn't appointed into an advisory role. He grew into it over more than fifteen years — through engagements across industry, services, healthcare and the public sector. He knows what worked. And what went wrong, too.
